By submitting content, you grant CatchGPT a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, and display such content in any media now known or later developed. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit such content.

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CATCHGPT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

 

Limitation of Liability

CATCHGPT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE EXTENSION.

 

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold CatchGPT harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Extension or your breach of these Terms.

 

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

 

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license to use the Extension at any time, with or without cause, and without notice or liability to you.

 

Modification

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the modified terms on our website or within the Extension. Your continued use of the Extension after the effective date of the modified terms constitutes your agreement to the modified terms.

 

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CatchGPT with respect to the Extension and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and CatchGPT.
